What is ACH (Air Changes Per Hour)?
The CDC recommends an ACH of 5 or more to determine the right purifier for your space. ACH stands for Air Changes Per Hour, and indicates how many times the air in a room is completely replaced with filtered air within 60 minutes.
CDC guidelines are not necessarily built as a tool for determining the right purifier, but a recommendation for overall ACH.
Medify uses this guidance to specify which air purifiers are right for the room size the purifier is serving.
