For each purchase you make, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent, which you can redeem in increments of $10, $15, $20, or $25 on future purchases — just log in to your Medify Air account when checking out to have access to your rewards points. Points expire after a year of inactivity, so the more often you shop, the longer you'll be able to hold onto your points!

Rewards members can start redeeming their points for anything in our store (purifiers AND replacement filters), starting at 200 points or $10.00.

Rewards members cannot redeem greater than 500 points or $25 per transaction

Every customer receives points automatically*. Upon activating your account, you’ll see points for your past purchases as long as you continue to use the same email address when ordering.

You can log in to see your points. If you haven't created an account yet, you can create an account to see your existing account and point balance — just remember to use the same email you used to purchase!

*ONLY purchases made after 6/15/2021 will automatically be attributed to customer accounts.

If you're placing an order, you'll be able to apply your Medify Air Rewards points directly during checkout under your Order Summary! Just make sure you're logged in first to see your points at checkout. Psst: If you’ve shopped with us before, your details may auto-populate, even if you aren’t logged in. If you don’t see your points, you're likely not logged in.

Please note: only one discount is allowed per order. You will not be able to apply another discount in addition to your Rewards Points

For every friend you refer who places their first order through your referral link, they'll get $30 off any order of $200 or more (prior to shipping and taxes), and you'll get $30 worth of rewards points to apply to your next order.

If you've been referred by a friend: Click their referral link to receive a unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up when the page loads. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $30 discount. Please note: your order must total at least $200 before taxes and shipping.

If you've referred a friend: Once they complete their first order, you'll get an email confirming your $30 reward has been added to your account, which you can check on by logging in here! To use your referral reward: On your next order, you can apply your points in checkout via a drop-down on the cart page.

Please note: we cannot retroactively apply referral discounts to previous orders.

Per our terms, only one discount is applicable per order so you will not be able to apply your referral discount with another discount code.
