Shipping Policy

Medify Air offers shipping ONLY within the continental US. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being received. Once received orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

• Please call 888-258-1008 or email us at info@medifyair.com with your order number, date of purchase, and email address used for the order.

• Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your request and you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

• Once claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
  (a) refund to your payment method
  (b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Medify Air will happily accept returns if you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of order. Medify Air requests that goods are returned in the original packaging and in good condition. Please email info@medifyair.com with your order number, date of purchase, and the email address used to place the order.
