Our Story
Medify Air was founded by a visionary engineer and business leader to help relieve the crisis of indoor air pollution – something that affected him personally as a chronic allergy sufferer.
As he explored options to alleviate his allergies, he learned that most of the purifiers on the market did not contain a True HEPA filter. This inspired him to create a better solution that not only includes True HEPA H13 and H14 filters but is built well and is dependable. He believes that all people should have access to clean air at an affordable price.
Every year, the world sees increased air pollution that results in deaths, sickness, allergies, and respiratory issues. We’re dedicated to spreading awareness regarding this crisis and educating the public on the best air purification systems.
Our mission is to provide better and cleaner air for our customers to help them live longer healthier lives. We also aim to reduce the symptoms that allergy sufferers go through either seasonally or year-round. We accomplish this by removing harmful particles from the air that aggravate indoor allergies. This is why at Medify Air, every air purifier we design is made with True HEPA H13 air filters.

Lisa Pasch
PRESIDENT
Lisa has extensive experience leading businesses in the air purifier industry. As president, she has driven product innovation, operational improvements, and market growth. She is dedicated to delivering effective air quality solutions to consumers. In her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
Louis Holder
COO
Louis is a seasoned corporate executive and technology innovator with more than 30 years of experience in technology and operations. A graduate of NYU Polytechnic, he holds a double major in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, along with a minor in Computer Science. A cofounder of Vonage, Louis also served as CEO of AireSpa, known for its innovative smart air purifiers, and has been COO of Medify Air since 2020. Residing in Princeton, NJ, Louis enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two children.
Kevin Weber
CFO
Kevin is a seasoned financial executive and strategy-driven leader with extensive experience across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail sectors in industries like apparel, cosmetics, hospitality, and air purification. A results-focused leader specializing in high-volume, multi-division environments, he has played a pivotal role in driving Medify Air’s market success and operational efficiency.
Jack Austin
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Jack is a committed sales leader at Medify Air and has been with the company since 2021. He leads the sales and marketing teams, coordinating efforts and initiatives with distributors and other partners. Jack leverages his experience and his degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Richmond to enhance cross-functional efficiency across various departments at Medify Air. When Jack isn’t behind his monitors, he can be found on the beach or golf course in Florida, where he resides, or occasionally escaping to the ski slopes in Vermont, where he grew up.
